**HRG Recruitment** are currently recruiting for a **Production Operator/ Embroidery Machinist** to work within a busy company who specialise in the Supply, Customisation and Personalisation of Sportswear.

Temporary Ongoing work

Shifts Times;
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, Thursday 7am - 12:45pm

**Job Overview**

The purpose of this role is to set up and operate the embroidery machines to produce high quality garments.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for setting up the machine ready to embroider garments.
- Effectively frame clothing ready for embroidery.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure high quality in the finished product.
- Responsible for embroidering various clothing according to established production goals.
- Report any garment defects to the supervisor.
- Responsible for performing duties in a safe manner in accordance with company policy.
- Operate and maintain the machinery safely.
- Ensure production standards are met for quality and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Work with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
- Assist and work in other areas within the business as and when required.
- Maximise efficiencies and performance across all machines and equipment.

Experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
