We’re looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our Accessorize Merchandising team. We are looking for individuals to play a key role in our team who are passionate about delivering great product to the customer.

What will you do as a Junior Merchandiser?

Responsibility for own product ranges, planning and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buying teams
Liaising with buyers, DC, Channel Merchandising team, stores and suppliers.
Forecasting profit and sales, optimising sales volume and profitability.
Updating WSSI and re-forecasting sales for relevant product areas in order to monitor OTB, terminal stock levels and promotions
Managing End of Season and Mid Season sale strategy and execution, in line with trading conditions and business objectives
Presenting sign offs and Monday Trade to senior management for own departments
Controlling stock levels across webs, concessions and store portfolio based on forecasts for the season
Analysing bestsellers
Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
Analysing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
Train and develop MAA
Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise
Supports Merchandiser to ensure company and department information is communicated effectively to team through weekly team meetings

What you will need to succeed as a Junior Merchandiser?

Proven track record in Merchandising
Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
Ability to identify key trends and emerging opportunities in line with customer profile
Experience of managing a team and presenting sign offs
Confident and articulate communicator, with an ability to build strong cross functional relationships
Ability to deliver to tight timescales and work under pressure
