**Credit Control Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a credit control administrator to join a growing company based in Stockport.

We are Brazilian Booty Lift, Europe’s leading non-surgical contouring company that provides high-level industry machines and training courses in non-surgical lipo, body contouring, Brazilian bum lift and instant tummy tuck; along with other popular non-surgical treatments, such as facial contouring and sculpting.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role within the Brazilian Booty Lift business and must have great interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with multiple departments.

**About the Credit Control Administrator role**:

- Your duties as the Credit Control Administrator will include but are not limited to _
- Managing individual ledgers of B2B accounts
- Checking client credit ratings / credit checks before opening client accounts
- Calling prospective clients to follow up with them and update them on the progress of their account
- Timely and effective management of client debt and payments
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment within payment terms
- Resolving queries both internally and externally concerning outstanding invoices
- Posting and allocating payments and invoices in the accounting system
- Providing accounts information, for example the debtor report, on a weekly basis
- Processing direct debits twice monthly
- Implementing improved changes to the company’s credit control system
- Dealing with adhoc queries and liaising with members of the sales team
- Preparing and submitting weekly account reports to senior management
- Providing support for quarterly audits
- Notify management of collection disputes and escalation items and use initiative and proactivity to make recommendations for escalation of uncollectible accounts.
- Skills_
- A minimum of three years’ experience in all areas of credit control and administration
- Accuracy, with a keen eye for detail
- Great numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly integrate within the team
- Strong organisational skills & the ability to manage a busy workload to strict timescales
- Excellent software skills, with experience using programmes such as Xero, Dubsado and Microsoft Excel including creating formulas
- Active team member who supports and engages with others, builds a rapport, and works effectively in an office environment
- Analytical and confident when analysing and interpreting data
- A passion for service delivery and keen to learn and share ideas

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
