**Job Title**: Head of Supply Chain Performance

**Contract**: 15-month fixed term contract.

Are you an aspiring leader looking for an opportunity that contributes to business growth, strategy, and overall contribution to shaping how the end to end supply chain is managed in our business? This role will appeal to colleagues from a broad business or supply chain background, who want to experience a role working at a group level.

In this newly created role, reporting to the CEO, you will lead the central supply chain team consisting of 5 high performing specialists who work across all our Global businesses with a focus on driving overall performance, delivering core programmes of work, building global capability and maximising the potential of our capital investment plans.
- This role will be measured on three key areas:

- Health and Safety is well established.
- Production and Manufacturing processes are right and done well.
- S&OP, Margins and really understanding what the numbers mean.

Key requirements of this role will be to jointly set and support the delivery of business unit and central team objectives, while reporting performance and required resource needs to the CEO and CFO. It will also include the delivery of key programmes of work from Target Zero through to S&OP.

This role will also work closely with the Business Performance team and central functions. A credible and influential leader you’ll be adept at bringing insight to life to direct and influence senior stakeholders including our CEO, CFO, SLT Executives and business unit boards.

When it comes to your team you will be a skilled people manager able to inspire, coach, develop and lead your team to achieve their goals.

**Location**

For the right person we can be flexible on location, within the United Kingdom. Our head office is in Peterborough and a weekly presence at the office would be expected. The function has international exposure and so there is potentially a need for occasional travel internationally.
