RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sandwell for a Housing Hub Co-ordinator. This is a full time, temporary position initially for 3 months and offers a rate of pay of £17.06 PAYE. **Main Duties**: - Manage a team of officers delivering frontline services to customers, ensuring this is planned and delivered effectively. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to identify avoidable contact and resolve enquiries at first point of contact - Ensure high performance by undertaking quality monitoring and performance reviews. - Respond to challenging or complex customer enquiries. **Essential Requirements**: - Must have Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum. - At least 12 months experience of delivering service directly to customers. - Be able to work from home as well as from multiple locations across Sandwell as determined by service demand.
