**Social Media Marketing Manager**

Birmingham South - Highly commutable from Harborne, West Brom, Dudley, Kings Norton, North Worcestershire

£28,000 - £32,000 per year + Benefits

Growing property auctioneer platform looking for social media manager who values creative freedom, is excited by a culture driven environment and who had exceptional attention to detail to spearhead growth and community management.

**The Role**

Core focus on growth, both brand & product.

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)

Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review building).

Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.

Identify Target Customers & Collaborate with Marketing Team in developing targeting strategies.

Leverage the right tools to manage your content.

Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns.

**Daily & Monthly Responsibilities**

Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement

Analysing the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan

Creating captivating content for an organisation's social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies

Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand

Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)

Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts

Managing a social media team and guiding junior members

Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy

**Skills required**:
2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

Excellent knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of Social Media KPIs

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
