**Location**: This role is based at our beautiful Central Support Office in Liphook with excellent travel links

Join the Marketing team at the fastest growing Rock School in the UK. Rocksteady Music School have been delivering inspiring music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to manage the marketing team on a day to day basis and support the CMO and the rest of the business to deliver the next period of rapid growth.

**The Role**
- Implementation of the marketing strategy for new and existing products including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
- Leading a small Marketing team and drive success through implementation of clear and measurable objectives
- Managing social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
- Leading and supporting the delivery and development of initiatives and campaigns for a variety of business priorities
- Tracking competitive marketing activity, conduct research on customer needs, consumer trends and increase competitiveness in the market
- Summarising trends and insights to help support the CMO define the wider brand strategy
- Supporting the launch of Rocksteady into new products and markets

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
- Significant experience in direct to consumer services
- Confident and driven leader
- Highly analytic and data led decision making
- Motivated by working in a fast-growing company with purpose
- Highly proficient in one or more of industry standard CRM and SEO tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, WebTrends etc
- Knowledge of the education sector, digital platforms or international is desired but not essential
