We are Lindner Prater Ltd and are a leader within the construction industry and are known as the UKs number 1 building envelope specialist.

The business has delivered a number of flagship construction projects such as the Olympic Stadium, Wimbledon Court 1, Manchester Airport and are due to start works on Everton's football stadium.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team in the Surrey head office. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing both secretarial and administrative support to both the Commercial Director and the Technical Director.

**About the Role**:

- Arrange external and internal meetings and keep Director’s diary up to date.
- Booking of travel arrangements, hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Arrangement of external corporate events and internal as and when required.
- Fielding of phone calls and taking messages if needed for Directors and relevant Departments.
- Typing of general correspondence and meeting notes.
- Keep Director’s Contacts up to date on excel spread sheet.
- Assist Directors with the preparation of their board reports.
- Department KPI’s updated and distributed to the department on the day of the Board meeting.
- Work closely with key support team to assist key projects for both the Technical and Commercial departments.
- Typing up meeting minutes.
**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent all round organisation and administrative skills.
- Experience of setting up and operating effective filing and other administrative systems.
- Professional and confident telephone manner and ability to respond to enquiries by phone and letter, arranging meetings, organising travel.
- Good word processing skills (preferably MS Word) and document layout skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work without supervision, to use own initiative and judgement and adapt daily work plans to meet unforeseen circumstances.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to work within set guidelines and systems.
