Developer - Python - Boutique Tech Driven Hedge Fund

I am working with a Trillion Dollar Asset management firm spanning across the UK& US. They are looking for an OO Python Developer to join their Fixed Income division and work on several business critical platforms and toolkits. This group generates and distributescore analytics that drive business decisions in the Front Office.

Coming in at this crucial moment, you will have technical ownership and autonomy from the get-go, as well as the freedom to speak with the business and input your opinions.
**Role**:
They are looking for 4 years plus OO backend developer.
The systems are primarily written in OO Python, but they are happy to cross-train and will also look at any strong Java or C++ Developers who are happy to work in a Python environment.
You will be working on a critical business function within the Fixed Income division
**Requirements**:
- 4 years+ experience in OO Python/Java/C++ programming
- Cloud experience (using cloud commercially, doesn’t have to be AWS)
- Interpersonal skills/ willingness to collaborate with your team and the business
- This firm welcomes Engineers from both in and outside of finance, as they believe it brings in a good combination of ways of working - but those coming from outside of finance must show a willingness to learn the business domain
