We are seeking a skilled and experienced **CPCS Crane Supervisor** to join our long-term project based in Southam, Warwickshire. This role offers stability, competitive pay, and the opportunity for overtime as the project develops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with crane operators and site teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Conduct daily checks, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Maintain clear communication between the workforce and management.
- Ensure all lifting equipment is used correctly and is fit for purpose.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **CPCS Crane Supervisor** certification
- Proven experience in crane supervision
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment to the project’s duration
