Showroom Host/receptionist

**Overview**
We are seeking a Showroom Host to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be of particularly smart appearance, very personable & well mannered.
**Duties**
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Maintain tidiness of the reception & showroom
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in using computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
You will be expected to develop and maintain a full knowledge of the business & products as to be able to converse with Clients and ensure the highest level of customer care.
