**Job Details**: A rapidly growing SME business based in Fareham is recruiting a part time Accounts Assistant on a 30 hours a week basis to support the Financial Controller. The key responsibilities of the part time Accounts Assistant include: Processing of financial information on to Sage - Owning the purchase ledger including supplier statement reconciliations - Accruals and prepayments - Processing of credit card expenditure and matching to statements - Aged Debt reporting and credit control process - Supporting with VAT returns - Enhancing current business systems, processes, and procedure - Have broad accounts experience probably gained in a SME environment - Be a competent Sage and Excel user - Possess a strong attention to detail The role is office based so you must be able travel to the Fareham office. The company are flexible on what days / hours are worked across 4 or 5 days a week. You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
