**£25,000 + Uncapped Commission**

**As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, **you will be given all the tools to succeed from day 1 to progress you into Managerial positions

You will be provided with **1-1 Training** that will see you develop month on month to achieve your **first Promotion & Pay rise in your first quarter**

**The Benefits**
- Competitive base salary **PLUS generous commission structure** (up to 40%) - could be earning £55K OTE after just 12 months experience.

**The Role**

Contacting potential clients and establishing new relationships

Meeting clients face to face, understanding their business needs

Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stage

Handling negotiations on salary, start date and any other factors

**The Requirements**
- A Degree is desirable
- Sales Experience ideal
- Financially motivated and ambitious individuals
- Sociable and outgoing personality
- Someone with a can-do attitude
