**The Bread Factory **is the UK’s leading artisan bakery based in Hendon, North West London. We are the proud suppliers of Michelin starred restaurants, prestigious hotels and cafés with our award-winning breads, pastries and cakes.

We are looking for passionate Trainee Bakers to join our Bread Team.

In our Bread Team we make delicious Artisan bread using methods such mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking. Please note, this role does involve heavy lifting
- We can count on and are passionate about what they do
- Can communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Enjoy a creative and active workplace

**Working Hours**:5am-2pm and 2pm-11pm Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7.

Flexibility is required in relation to working hours.
