**Working hours**: 35 hours per week including weekends. Thursday - Monday.

**Overall Purpose of the Role**

The New Homes Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to each of our valued customers. This involves meeting customers, guiding them through the specification of their home and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process while effectively communicating a consistent brand message.

They will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support them in developing sales strategies to ensure they achieve the required rate of sale needed for the development.

The New Homes Sales Advisor will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the marketing and presentation of the development is always of a high standard.

**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Work with the Project Manager to deliver the customer a quality home and outstanding experience
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Use negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales
- Assist with devising strategies to drive visitors to site and ensuring targets are met
- Provide effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our onsite IT systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet customers and guide them through the specification of the property and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process
- Effectively communicate a consistent brand message
- Effectively manage the onsite database
- Work with 3rd party stakeholders; ensuring solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors are all proactively progressing the purchase and working towards the target exchange and completion dates
- Ensure excellent presentation of the development at all times
- Collate and evaluate market research for the sales management team

**Qualifications**

Essential
- 5 GCSE’s (A*-C)
- A full driving license and access to own vehicle

Desirable
- A-Levels

**Skills and Experience**

Experience

- Experience of using MS Office package
- Experience in using different IT systems
- Experience in working towards targets

Desirable
- Experience in a similar role

Previous experience in retail or any other customer service/sales based role will also be considered.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
