From supporting colleagues and managers with systems and scheduling to keeping data accurate and processes compliant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people and operations running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
As WFM Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for workforce management inquiries, providing support and guidance to colleagues, managers, and team leaders.
**System Admin and First Line Support**:
- Act as a point of contact for WFM-related queries from colleagues, managers, and team leaders.
- Support colleagues with downloading the Dayforce App and setting up their MFA.
- Support onboarding of new starters with correct system setup (e.g. shift templates/rotations).
- Escalate any system issues or user problems to the WFM lead.
**Time and Attendance Checks**:
- Support managers with approving hours, managing exceptions, and resolving queries.
**Reporting and Data Accuracy**:
- Run basic WFM reports (e.g. worked hours, absence summaries, shift coverage).
- Help spot errors or gaps in data and ensure regular data cleansing.
**Links with People Services and Operations**:
- Work closely with HRSD and HRBPs, Payroll, and Ops Managers to keep colleague data aligned.
- Share updates on changes to hours, roles, or absences.
- Support in system rollouts, testing, or training sessions where needed.
**Usage Monitoring and Compliance**:
- Monitor WFM usage data to ensure adherence to agreed operational processes and highlight any areas of non-compliance.
**Working pattern**: Monday - Friday (hybrid working)
What can you bring?
- Experience in HR data management or administration
- Good knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information professionally
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- CIPD qualification or HR administration experience desirable
