Team Leader - Brightening Lives Ltd.
As a Team Leader of Brightening Lives Ltd based in Yorkshire, you will provide effective management to the operational team of personal assistants and personal health assistants providing direct care and support to adults and children with complex care & support needs.
You will support the Registered Manager in maintaining effective governance across the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centred care, supporting learning and innovation, and promoting an open and fair culture.
This exciting role is a combination of direct care delivery and operational team management. We are looking for an operational leader who is committed to setting an outstanding example of supporting people well to join an established management team based in the Harrogate area.
Working as part of the operational management team you will provide support and supervision on a rota basis across the 24 hour day, Monday to Sunday. This role requires a driver with access to a car.

£14 per hour/ £29,120 per year FT 40 hours per week.
