**£32,000 - £37,000 + Training + Progression + Days + Additional Company Benefits**
**You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Peterborough, Spalding, Boston, Kings Lynn, Grantham, Wisbech. (Other locations also considered).**
Are you a junior/trainee level engineer looking to move into a role offering further training and career development allowing you to become a technical expert within the industry?
This is the chance to join the existing maintenance team in a key role for the business where you will be offered further training and future progression opportunities.
The company have recently received a significant financial investment from their parent company allowing them to upgrade the existing site and investment in new equipment and offer further training to new and existing engineers, so there has never been abetter timer to join the company and get on board.
The position would suit an individual with an engineering background looking to join a company in a long-term permanent position.
**The Role**:
- Working reactive and proactive maintenance across the site
- Further training and progression
- Days Based (4 on/4 off) 12-hour shifts
**The Person**:
- You will have an electrical and mechanical skill set
- Ideally previous experience working in a manufacturing site or similar
- Looking for other a role offering training
