As a site trainer you will build site competency to ensure a safe, trained and capable workforce through sustainable skills development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify training needs and gaps and develop appropriate training solutions for site.
- Deliver engaging, effective and technically competent training packages.
- Support shifts in performance reviews and work closely with stakeholders (line manager, shift leadership team and site specialists) to build shift capability development plans to close the skill gaps identified.
- Lead and coordinate training plans; for new starters’ induction through to validation; and for existing employees’ upskilling and cross skilling. Communicate training plans with stakeholders and govern training plan compliance in line with the associated timescales, ensuring validations are done in a timely manner.
- Provide coaching training and coaching support to FLE's.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and escalate areas for improvement.
- ‘Maintain the Standard' via continuous development of training, as a result of problem solving.
- Ensure compliance to Benchmax, as a training compliance measuring system.

Qualifications:

- Lead by example and act as a role model through modelling the PepsiCo Values.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Coaching skills.
- Communicating with others (verbal and written).
- Ability to influence others.
- Evaluating training needs.
- Understanding of the importance of the KPI scorecard and QCDM.
