Funeral Arranger

Daily Duties include:

- Telephone handling - 1st point of call answering customer enquiries
- Arranging and organising funerals with families face to face
- Arranging with 3rd parties - includes working alongside NHS and local councils
- Work between branches - This job is based in Coventry but will require mobile arranging and working from the Warwick branch.
- Using a computer software to manage files - working across multiple programs
- Organisation skills - Key skill - must be able to multi task and organise multiple services at one time
- Communication skills - Key skill - ability to show empathy for clients and communicate clearly
- Able to multi task - manage to meet strict deadlines
- Flexible - be flexible to the every moving situations the job brings

**Salary**: £18,750.00-£22,950.00 per year
