Working across several supported living properties in Oldham, you will support people to gain skills to live independently. With an emphasis on key working, youll need to work flexibly to manage your own small caseload and help with the day to day running of the services.

As a Mental Health Support Worker you can make a real difference in the lives of the people you support as you work closely with them to help them achieve their potential. Turning Point has several well-established services within Manchester. You will form part of a wider supportive management team within the region.

This role will involve working over a 12 week rolling Rota with sleep in shifts, early / late shifts, and every other weekend.

We also offer additional payment for each sleep shift completed.

You will be required to work across 4 different services in Oldham area (one service per shift).
