**Come and make a real difference as an Apprentice Electrician**

**Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home.**

As an Apprentice Electrician in our Centigen team, you’ll help us provide this for thousands of families in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

You’ll play an important part in helping us deliver a great repairs service for our tenants while you learn, assisting on a range of electrical repairs and maintenance in our homes. This is a great role which will help you understand how to safely service and maintain electrics.

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend one day a week at Gloucestershire College working towards a Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification. The apprenticeship will last up to four years, ending with an AM2 assessment. You can find more course details on Gloucestershire College’s Website: gloscol.ac.uk.

**What you’ll bring to our team**

Eager to learn and develop your electrical skills, you’ll be ready to get hands on experience as an electrician and gain an understanding in key areas of electrical maintenance. You will work with the wider Two Rivers Housing team, who will help you develop your knowledge of what a community-based housing association does and how #Twogether we make a real difference to the families we serve.

**What we’re looking for**
- You’ll be honest, sincere and focussed on doing the right for our customers.
- You’ll have a keen interest in electrical maintenance.
- You’ll be good with numbers and have great communication skills.
- You’ll be self-driven and able to learn from instruction.
- You’ll be willing to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector.
- You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and able to talk to and work with colleagues across the organisation.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in Maths, English and Science.
- Full Driving license - desirable
