We are looking for Duty Coordinators to join our team - the Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR) Service. You will be part of our Duty team, providing advice and support to our clients, Support Workers, and other professionals. You will also triage referrals into our service, deal with a variety of queries, and provide a comprehensive handover to your colleagues. In addition, you would be supporting the service by providing awareness sessions and overseeing quality in a key service area, such as nutrition and hydration.
Working predominantly evenings and weekends, this role is vital to providing a high quality, effective service.
You do not need to have any previous experience in health and social care as we will provide extensive training.

- Strong ICT Skills
- The ability to prioritise different responsibilities
JCR is a community service provided by a team of care workers and therapists. It is a partnership between East Sussex County Council’s Adult Social Care and East Sussex Healthcare Trust.
We help people remain in their own homes and stay independent by providing them with a time-limited intensive community rehabilitation programme in their own home.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
