We are looking for a Uniform Room Attendant to join the team as part of Caprice Holdings.

With our high-end glamour, surrealist décor, and opulent culinary majesty inspired by the oceans of Asia, Sexy Fish will also offer an exclusive late-night experience, allowing guests to enjoy incredible entertainment, as well as food and drink options, until the early hours.

Working as a Uniform Room Attendant within our Restaurants will give you exposure to a busy, high volume dining operation.

Must be **very organised** and preferably have an eye for styling. Good with people.

Reporting to uniform room manager, directed by head office uniform team.

Main duties;
- Presenting staff members with their correct uniform and accessories when they arrive for their shift and “signing out” each piece to staff for accountability
- Checking over staff uniform and personal presentation before they start on the floor each shift and enforcing uniform and aesthetic standards
- Collecting in uniforms at the end of shifts and signing pieces back in
- Checking over pieces for damage and losses
- Reporting and logging damages and losses to UR manager
- Organising dry-cleaning rota and ensuring necessary pieces are tended to by cleaners
- Organising repairs and alterations with seamster/ tailor
- Organising collection, ensuring it is kept to the highest standard, steamed and presentable for service
- Ensuring accessories are returned after every shift and remain good for use for as long as possible
- Staying on top of stock quantities and ordering when stock is depleting
- Using initiative to overcome last minute hurdles / events etc and unexpected changes in plans.
- Enforcing uniform and presentation rules and escalating with UR manager if necessary
- Supporting in new staff training during onboarding
