Monday to Friday. Permanent Role.

Project Planner Required for a leading global manufacturing company who have decades of experience leading their field. This role is varied, you assign responsibilities and summarise the progress of the project, prepare monthly reports regarding the statusof a projects and costings.

You will be working closely with the leadership team and working closely with the Project Manager to manage and deliver NPI projects within the framework of the company process. The responsibilities of this role include identifying any project deviations,slippage reports, opportunities and mitigations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project reports and communicating issues to the Project Manager or Engineering Manager

You will be required to keep track of budgetary objectives and acute project issues. You will have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to enable you to work effectively with all levels of the organisation including engineers and project managers.You must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

The Project Planner Role:
*Responsible for ensuring that internal planning processes and work instructions are followed

*Monitor and control project progress, pro-actively identifying and addressing issues and risks

*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives inside the local organisation

*Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various teams including engineering teams

The Project Planner:
*Must have previous project planning experience

*Will ideally transfer from a manufacturing environment

*Expert user Microsoft Project (MSP) software

*Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

*Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organisation

*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks and demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
