**Salary**: £33, 883 - £37,409 per annum + £1,260.88 monthly allowance + location based allowances

**Could you provide crucial specialist experience in the field of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society?**

The Cash and Voucher Assistance Delegate will provide technical oversight, guidance, and support on CVA activities to the Ukraine Red Cross Society (URCS) National Committee and Branches supported by the British Red Cross (BRC).

**About the Role**

The CVA Delegate - Ukraine provide technical support and thought leadership to national CVA and the development and rollout of integrated cash initiatives at local level for people with specific needs.

The role will build capacity and provide guidance and support along the programme cycle, including assessment cash feasibility and response options. The CVA Delegate will also support URCS Branches in identifying the key external stakeholders to engage with at Oblast level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support, plan and strengthen the cash feasibility assessment and market analysis in line with URCS capacity.
- Support URCS branch operational teams to conduct a robust response options analysis.
- Support URCS branches with programme implementation and monitoring.
- Identify and work with Branch counterparts from the outset, building and operationalising a joint understanding of cash assistance.
- Provide capacity building and coaching in cash preparedness to Branch staff and volunteers.

**What we are looking for**

Demonstrable experience of working in a relevant role or sector, and strong knowledge of cash assistance within the International Humanitarian System or International Development context.

Proven experience in cash and market-based assessments and designing a project with a cash component.

Knowledge of training design. Proven skills in managing and coaching teams in multi-faceted projects.

Experience with coordinating and advocating to external stakeholders.
