**About the Role**:
As a **Customer Service Advisor**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions in a friendly, professional manner. You’ll be handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every customer interaction is a positive experience. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that offers variety and growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile, whether remotely or face-to-face
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services where appropriate
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to meet performance goals and KPIs
