**BIM Coordinator Job in Hammersmith, London**:
**A **global design studio** now has a BIM Coordinator job available, working on international luxury projects.**

Established over 20 years ago, this team of creators have been taking over the high-end retail design sector since its inception. Their unique approach to design has helped them amass a list of top-end clients and projects in over 100 cities around the world. They are currently developing some amazing luxury retail, F&B, and hospitality projects in China ranging from 150,000 to 800,000 sqm from concept design through to completion.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist project teams with setup and edit of complex Revit families
- Create scripts to assist teams day to day, via Dynamo
- Setup Rhino and Revit interface and transition script
- Utilise excellent communication to build rapport and adapting to work across all levels
- Train teams in relevant workflows and software packages both 1 to 1 and in workshops
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and guidance for BIM workflow
- Advise on BIM implementation during project meetings
- Contribute during BID stage discussions with BIM requirements and potential issues
- Develop and manage practice BIM library
- Prepare and assist in the accuracy of BIM models.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator on large scale projects
- Degree in architecture of architectural technology
- Revit exam-based certification
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Revit and related software and plugins
- Advanced understanding of BIM360
- International project experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Dynamo is advantageous
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is essential.
