Supervise the daily/weekly/monthly supplier checks at the UK & Ireland Pudo sites, audit the service providers process and results
- Monitor lost, damaged, and faulty parts in line with the business KPIs, submitting detailed investigation report to the account and TCT desk manager where necessary for sign off or escalation.
- Run daily checks of all Trace feeds and correct any failed messages to make sure Trace and any other WHS matches the customer part system
- Investigate short delivery disputes for and by customers/Suppliers
- Process customer non-conformance, complaints and pass on to the account and TCT desk Managers where necessary
- Maintain the performance and customer reports and distribute to the account, TCT desk Manager along with the Pudo Regional Logistics Manager.
- Support with weekly/monthly Logistics Pudo invoice checking and processing on the system
- Create positive working relationships with divisions & suppliers with issues in line with full-service control management fulfilment.
- To ensure customer escalation(s) are responded or dealt with in a timely manner
- Maintain TVS RICO key management process from receipt to return
- Maintain record(s) of any Sameday movements booked or requested via the TVS RICO DA system (In house I.T Platform).
- Ensure all Service Partner handovers are received and submitted on a daily basis.
- To cover the workload of colleagues within the department during periods of absence or peak workloads
- Support any customer implementations when the requirement should arise.
