We are currently looking for an experienced Associate to join our growing Med-Tech team in London.
Piper Sandler ranks number one in Med-Tech M&A advisories by number of sell-side deals, cross border deals and buy-side deals. The firm is the leading Med-Tech equity bookrunner and has an accomplished Med-Tech research team.
**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (2:1 or above)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2+ years investment banking/corporate finance experience
- Strong modelling skillset (DCF, LBO, Accretion/Dilution)
- Deep understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and rapport
- Motivated, team player with a desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Positive work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
