Reservation Agent overview;
We are seeking a talented and experienced Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

- Manage the reservation system effectively to maximize seating capacity and optimize table turnover.
- Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and special requests to provide personalized service.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and execution of reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact and diplomacy, striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Reservation Agent Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
