Lift Field Supervisor

Classic Lifts (Scotland) Ltd are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our busy service department. The role will involve management of the team of service engineers and direct liaison with our contract admin team. The Field Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relations to a high standard through excellent customer service and service contract fulfilment. The role will involve the following key elements
- **Safety and Quality**
- Health & Safety of all field service and callout engineers
- Site safety, engineer and quality audits
- Engineers Toolbox talks
- Monthly Engineers meetings
- Develop and implement engineer training plans, ensuring training is up to date in line with the required certification
- Responsible for investigating near misses, incidents, and accidents, and following company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting

**People Management / Leadership**
- Management of all field service and callout engineers to maximise efficiency, giving support with technical queries as required
- Completion of annual engineers appraisals
- Management of PPM completion in line with contractual requirements
- Management of all lift callouts in line with contractual requirements
- Management of all LOLER reports and completion in line with contractual requirements
- Dealing and reviewing troublesome lifts following up with clients and communicating proposals to resolve
- Support for customer contract review meetings
- Follow up and resolve issues highlighted on PPM and call reports
- Ordering components and materials as required
- Identify and areas for growth, survey jobs and provide details to project repair team

**Qualifications & Attributes**:
**Essential**
- Previous experience within a supervisory or management role within the lift industry preferred, however consideration would be given to existing engineers looking for career progression
- People management experience
- Effective communicator
- Excellent customer awareness skills
- Computer literacy
- Full UK driving licence
