IFA Administrator is required to assist Advisers within their Maidstone office. You will work be working as a team and provide timely and efficient administration to support the IFA’s.

The team has fostered a strong sense of community, with a commitment to aiding personal improvement through further education.

**Responsibilities**:
To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA’s

Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date

Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed accurately

Assist with the management of the IFA’s portfolio of existing business

Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings

Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products

Provide mortgage research for IFA’s using online systems

Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone

Provide coaching and support for other team members

**Requirements**:
Experience in supporting advisers in an office administration support

Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members

Effective organisational and planning skills

Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
