**We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become an integral part of our Housing Management team.

As a Housing Officer working in general housing management, you will be expected to:

- Provide a responsive, customer-focused housing service to residents both in their homes and within the local community.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on all aspects of housing management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine inspections on our estate and within our properties.
- Arranging viewings and signing up of new tenants.
- Manage low level tenancy enforcement cases.
- Engage in meaningful customer consultation, helping to shape housing services and policies.

You will maintain a high-quality customer service focus in all aspects of the role. You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be organised and motivated.
