We are currently looking for an experienced **Multi Trade Joiner ** with mgt experienceto join our successful property services business.

As well carrying out a range of maintenance work for our customers the role will involve building and leading team based in Edinburgh. The company operates across central Scotland so there will be a requirement to work in other areas on occassion.

Role
- Undertaking multi trade work in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works. We are also looking for Multi Trades to work within void (empty properties), completing light to full residential refurbishments
- Building a successful high performing customer focused team
- Managing and implementing H & S procedures

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Joiner?**
- Fully qualified time served joiner
- Experience in a broad range of trades
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Experience in procurement
- Experience in pricing projects
- Fully working knowledge of implementing and managing H & S.
- Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the **Multi Trade Joiner** role, with a company van provided.

Pay: £20.00-£23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
