We are actively recruiting for Shelf Replenishers to work in the Newbury & Thatcham Tesco stores. The shifts can vary with a role like this, so you need to be open to working days, nights, and weekends.

Working in a Tesco store as a Shelf Replenisher is a varied role full of challenges and rewards, especially at Christmas. From everyday essentials to festive favourites, there is a lot to stock and display on the shelves so Tesco can continue serving Britain's shoppers throughout the festive season. Constant and reliable stock replenishment takes efficiency, organisation and above all else, teamwork.

Your primary purpose as a Shelf Replenisher is to deliver a clean and well stocked store that exceeds customer expectations, ensuring that every customer has a stress-free shopping trip. You will work within a team, moving stock and replenishing the shelves while advising and helping customers wherever possible.

This means replenishing shelves, removing, rotating, moving and unpacking stock, setting up seasonal displays and providing customer support throughout the store as needed.

Customers are at the heart of everything, and the one time they're most likely to engage face-to-face is when asking for help on the shop floor. So as a Shelf Replenisher, you'll be right at the heart of the in-store customer experience, doing your bit with the friendly, flexible approach needed to make a difference to customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Replenishing products with care.
Completing routines by department.
Following company policy and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Championing the reduction of food waste.
Being knowledgeable about the products in your department, in-store products and helping customers by giving excellent natural service.
Qualifications/Licences/Certifications

While you don't need any official qualifications or licenses to be a Shelf Replenisher for Tesco, you do need to be over the age of 18.
