**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Work closely with other park staff, including entertainment teams, to coordinate and promote activities and events.
- Gather feedback from guests to continually improve the activity program and ensure it meets their needs and expectations.
- Update digital systems and platforms to promote activities across the business.
- Manage budgets and cost centres in line with company budgets, raising purchase order numbers and producing spend reports
- Manage social media accounts and update content
- Ordering of stock and liaising with suppliers.
- Updating the gaming systems with new stock.
- Carry out stocktakes on parks & in the workshop.
- Completing H&S checks and required paperwork within the workshop.
- Processing parcels & post
- Assisting with asset management across the department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, leisure, or holiday park industry.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with both children and adults.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for designing engaging and diverse activities.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, particularly in relation to recreational activities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of guests.
- A relevant qualification in leisure, recreation, or childcare is desirable but not essential.
