**Sales** **and Letting Consultant**
- The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
- Ability to work as part of a successful team.
- Knowledge of Manchester City Centre and Salford Quays preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Identifying and maintaining relations with vendors, landlords and clients
- Booking sales and lettings viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Identifying suitable buyers and tenants
- Feedback to the sales and lettings managers
- Communicating with all parties to make sure sales and lets are managed efficiently
- Updating sales and lettings database

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
