Shipping Coordinator

**Main Purpose**: To provide information, process orders from enquiry to delivery, handle all import export documentation, shipping and receiving coordination, meeting customer expectations.
- Processing of customer orders / quotes and checking stock whilst maintaining customer contact.
- Professionally handle incoming customer enquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy of paperwork
- Processing of all despatch procedures, including shipments, UPS and Fedex
- Dealing with delivery issues/problems directly with carrier
- Ensure product or service has met and/or exceeds customer expectations.
- Provide up to date product information and ensure accuracy when orders are received and processed.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Contact carriers to make arrangements for shipping and pick up of materials
- Prepare necessary documents from computer systems such as packing slips
- Record shipment data for reporting, accounting and recordkeeping purposes

**Experience**:

- Spanish and/or French an advantage
- 3+ years of customer support experience
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, UPS Shipping Software.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving experience, import/export
- Good understanding of shipping EMEA and worldwide systems.
- Knowledge of EU Import / Export regulations
- Knowledge of harmonized tariff codes
- Experience of working in a high pressure environment
