Chief Exec Office Administration

**Responsible for**:Management and delivery of all admin support across all areas of the business the business

**Location**: Head Office is in Barnsley, South Yorkshire however, we offer a remote working policy which facilitates members of the team working from different locations around the country

Role Overview
To manage all of the administrative functions for the Chief Exec team. Putting in systems and procedures that facilitate the smooth running of head office functions. Providing administrative support for sales, marketing and accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, CTO and Board
- Organising meetings, putting together Board meeting packs and minute taking
- Providing support to the sales and marketing functions to ensure seamless change over each month in in marketing sponsorship
- Invoicing
- Other accounting administration
- Liaising with external accountants for the production of management accounts, payroll, VAT returns and PAYE//NI
- Providing accurate information for reporting and tracking purposes
- Putting together presentations in PowerPoint
- Managing the administration of all HR matters and record keeping
- Booking travel and accommodation for the exec team
- Logging and submitting expenses for the exec team
- Report monthly on key metrics and analysis to ensure objectives and strategy are achieved
- Work with all relevant agencies and consultants where necessary on behalf of both the company and our customers
- To undertake any additional ad-hoc duties, as well as work with the wider team when necessary in order to support the business in achieving its overall objectives
- Support the wider team where relevant, during periods of absence
