**Location**: Addlestone

**Hard Landscaper Pay Rates**:£11.68

**Hard Landscaper Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday

**Hard Landscaper Hours of Work**:07:30 am to 16.30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and project managers to develop landscaping plans and designs that meet their needs and expectations
- Install hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas using a variety of materials, including stone, brick, and concrete
- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, skid steers, and bulldozers, to excavate and grade landscapes
- Install irrigation systems and outdoor lighting fixtures as needed
- Maintain and repair existing hardscaping elements as needed
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Experience with a variety of hardscaping materials and techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
