You do not need previous experience to become a Care Assistant. If you genuinely care about helping other people, then you would fit right in.

As a Hales Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable individuals, enabling them to remain independent by providing a range of care services including;
- Companionship and personal care
- Shopping, meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Support with medication, mobility, and other care needs
