HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HRBP to offer temporary support for up to 3 months whilst the business recruits for the permanent role. This will be with immediate effect with the view of providing support and helping to drive positive improvements in key metrics (e.g.absence, retention and employee engagement).

Offering advice and guidance to staff and managers around HR policies and procedures, best practice, staffing issues, employment law, employee engagement, wellbeing and recruitment.
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 or working towards, we will consider qualified by experience
- Two years' experience within a business partnering role
- The ability to proactively identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent understanding of employment law and an and understanding of current trends and developments in Human Resources
- Ability to effectively partner with the business and successfully coach leaders
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Flexible approach, travel expenses paid to the various sites within East Kent, own transport required
- Proficiency in all MS Applications

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00, however there is flexibility for the right person to be able to come in and deliver strong support throughout the next 3+ months. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience.

Once in the role, a permanent appointment could potentially be considered if you are interested.
