**Summary**
Are you passionate and experienced in Recruitment?
Within this role you will utilise our system and job boards to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
You'll be part of a small team, we have around 105 colleagues across the business and it's critical that we have people who care for our customers and are passionate about our business.
You will be responsible for coordinating training across all areas and also work with management to identify training needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Maintain a prominent level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect recruitment
- Identify, own and deliver opportunities for process improvement and value add resourcing projects outside of BAU
- Create compelling adverts that support the attraction of talent
- Create strong networks externally to help stay up to date on market developments
- Pro-actively network across the business to obtain detailed knowledge of each area so you have a full understanding of the business
- Effectively pipeline and talent pool for assigned roles in order to proactively support future demands, effectively partnering the business and building relationships with appropriate industries for pipelining
- Proactively partner and support key stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle, including conducting a role qualification to fully understand role requirements (where required), providing bespoke and accurate recruitment expertise, and agreeing recruitmenttimescales and processes
- Keep up to date with salary surveys and advising hiring managers regarding the labour market
- Assist in writing job descriptions for current and new roles, advertisements and utilise our applicant tracking system/job boards effectively
- To review and develop recruitment literature
- Act as key contact for new joiner on-boarding, dealing with any queries prior to start date.
- Carry out new starter inductions including coordinating induction plans
- Meeting with each team to identify training needs
- Collating training (internal & external) request
- Arrange training, including sourcing providers to deliver training
- Support H&S Manager to arrange training
- Ensuring training records are kept up to date
- Providing data/reports as and when requested on recruitment and training
- Work with the people team to ensure all mandatory training is carried out
- Maintain and manage learning management system (LMS)
- Direct experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation
- Experience of using and configuring an ATS
- Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues at all levels including senior leaders
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, and organised
- Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy, and responding with urgency to requests
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Experience direct sourcing including using headhunting techniques, designing bespoke recruitment campaigns, and creating an effective talent pipeline
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google
- An engaging and inspiring communications style that is friendly and approachable along with relationship building skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders at a senior level.
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to use initiative
- Positive, proactive, enthusiastic and the ability to be a self starter and work unsupervised
- Assertive and confident when operating at all levels
- Must have demonstrable experience of recruiting at all levels
- Some experience in coordinating and managing training is desirable
- Proven capabilities in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- A great team player, happy to work with our wider people team and business on projects and initiatives
