Pertemps have a brand new and exciting position available, working for Royal Mail as a Fleet Administrator in their Chesterfield based office.
**Your role will involve:**:

- Supporting accident engineers with controlling costs associated with all accident damage to RMG vehicles when required.
- Supporting RMG and its customers with 3rd party damage claims to reduce risk and costs to RMG.
- Managing VOR reports and M5 data entry for our customers.
- Offering accident-related queries to internal fleet and wider RMG teams when required.
- Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle repair orders.
- Maintaining and updating our customer database (M5).
- Agreeing repair requirements and arrange bookings.
- Creating Work orders and purchase order number
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
- Must have some previous experience within a Fleet environment
- Must have a good work ethic
- Must be reliable
- Will have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

**Working Hours:
**You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4pm. The role is being offered as a hybrid position, with you only being required in the office 1/2 times per week.
**Pay Rate:
**Your rate of pay will be £11.77 per hour.
This position is being offered on a temporary basis, with no fixed end date, however there is the potential for this role to become permanent.
