**About The Role**:
Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us as a Team Leader in the Service Improvement Team.
You will coach and lead the Service Improvement team to achieve excellence in complaint handling and customer satisfaction. Using excellent communication and motivational skills, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to embed learning from customer feedback and drive forward improvements in service delivery. You will provide guidance, assurance and reporting to the business to ensure that all complaint management adheres to our policies and procedures and relevant regulatory standards and guidance.
On a day to day basis, you will lead and guide fellow team members, working collaboratively with colleagues across LiveWest to ensure services are delivered in line with our strategic aims, values, policies, and operational standards, to create a high performing team delivering agreed targets, and to maximise outcomes for customers and LiveWest.
This role is being offered on a
**full time**,
**12 month fixed term **basis and will be based in our
**Tolvaddon, Exeter or Weston-super-Mare** office. A hybrid working style is an option.
To be considered for the role of Team Leader - Service Improvement, you will be / have:
- Experience in leading and/or supervising teams.
- Experience in improving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to enhance performance or working practices to deliver improved value for money.
- Experience in working with key partners to deliver shared objectives.
- Ability to successfully motivate self and team.
- Experience in effectively managing conflict within a pressurised environment to achieve successful resolution and outcomes.
- Ability to deliver results whilst managing competing priorities in order to meet deadlines and deliver team performance and business objectives.
- Experience in communication and different levels and effective stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing customer complaints through to resolution.
- Good IT (knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite) and record keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and to work under own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to assess difficult situations and provide solutions.
