As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor _**is joined by **_Snow + Rock _**and **_Runners Need _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Working with the Shift Operation Managers to proactively understand resource needs and ensuring sufficient resource is in place to meet the needs of the business
- Liaising with our agency partners to share resource needs and manage agency staff (AWR, timesheet approval, queries, etc)
- Supporting the warehouse holiday booking/tracking process, ensuring all holidays are planned without significant impact on the warehouse operations
- Compiling and providing narrative explanation of reports and information relating to warehouse activity as required
- Purchasing packaging and equipment as requested and approved by Warehouse Manager
- Reviewing and approving operational invoices on Fact Flow, escalating as necessary
- Reporting on compliance including - training completion, time and attendance reporting, gealth and safety action close out
- Analysing performance driven data, feedback trends and anomalies
- Enabling cross training and providing support to other ops functions as is reasonable and required (import/export documentation, systems training for new SLs/SOMs)
- Undertaking any other task or projects as required by the Warehouse Operations Manager to support the wider operations activity.
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Warehouse planning and operations experience including labour, packaging, and operational processes
- An understanding of budgets and financial control including the invoice receipt and approval process
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Good analytical and data skills
- High organisation and the ability to manage priorities and tasks to meet required deadlines.
- Good communication skills
- Resilience to pressure and receptiveness to change - thrives on a challenge
- Ablility to positively collaborate with others
