We’re looking for a Youth & Community Worker Lead to join our team in a full-time, fixed-term role of 12 months. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of our work within the North East of England, leading a team that ensures that all our work aims to support and empower children, young people & the wider community, You will be leading a team which will deliver high-quality community engagement, working in partnership with key stakeholders and local agencies while reflecting the needs of the local community.

**Job Title**:Youth & Community Worker Lead (North)

**Location**:Covering North and South Tyneside, with one day per week based at our offices at Church Way, North Shields, NE29 0AB

**Hours per week**:37.5 hours

**Contract Type**:12 Months (Fixed Term)

**Salary (FTE)**: Up to £20’530

To be successful, it is essential that you have relevant experience and or relevant qualifications in youth/community work, recent relevant Training and Continued Professional Development. Additionally, it is essential that you have a flexible approach to your working hours, working hours will include daytime, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
