Dental Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our friendly growing mixed NHS/private dental practice in Cheadle Hulme. We are looking for a friendly, professional, dynamic person to join our front of house team.

**Job role Requirements**:

- Answering calls and assisting patients with queries and booking appointments.
- Preparing patients and assisting them to complete documentations before they see the dentists.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients while handling reception.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Signing patients to our dental plan.
- Handling patients.
- To be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Must be organised.
- Be computer literate with good IT skills.
- Experience of dental software, although not essential as training can be given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
