**Community Mental Health Practitioner - East Sussex - Band 6 - Full-Time permanent post**

Are you an enthusiastic, qualified Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Mental Health Nurse with experience of working in mental health services?

Our adult community services are currently undergoing a really positive transformation and we need your expertise to help lead and embed the changes to ensure our service users get the full benefits for their recovery journeys.

The post is based with the Assessment and Treatment Service at Hill Rise in Newhaven, which is a fishing town on the Sussex coast that sits in the beautiful South Downs National Park. The vibrant city of Brighton is just a short drive away and there are regular train links to London. You can even get the ferry to France if you fancy a trip.
